The way that woman was waving that umbrella, I was hoping the guy would snatch it and spank her with it. :whip:

Seriously, when you buy a seat on public transport, it is unreasonable to expect privacy. If the metro is packed, people are going to be standing with their crotch in your face and you don't have to like it. You're going to get bumped and jostled, because, hello? You're on a moving train. Even if the next person doesn't want to touch you, sometimes, it's unavoidable.

My assessment? The woman was probably pissed that the guy was all up in her face and thus moved her leg, 'accidentally' kicking him, a signal for him to back off. But I guess he wouldn't. There's actually a bit of commuter train sociology involved in all this; sometimes you'll see a passenger that claims every inch or space in front of them by stretching their legs out all the way into the aisle. I've seen other passengers ignore them, and purposely 'trip' over their extended legs, a signal for them to pull the legs back in.

My solution? Metros and subways around the world are getting packed and ridership can only go up. What needs to be done is that train cars need to get rid of the seats and replace them with more doors. That way, everyone stands, no more arguments, and you get to move more passengers.

this video reminds of that video clip of a middle-age man with glasses having a right go at a kid on a bus, about tapping on his back when hes on the phone.

^ really..??....i find most people in hk talk on their phones pretty quiet and subtle on public transport
coz they tend to cover the mouths when they talk....

umm the video didnt show it, but from the reaction, i think the guy was pissed that he was talking on the phone and the kid from behind tapped him on the back, probably to piss him off or something.

  17. haha if i think about it.. i talk pretty loud on the phone.. even when im in the bus xD

hehe maybe! :D I remember playing football with a bunch of International students and this guy from mainland china did a brilliant tackle on this Hong Kong guy called Samuel and to be fair, it was a good challenge and won the ball, Samuel got up and looked pissed and freaked out and ran half the pitch and punched the chinese dude's back pretty hard. it was WTF
