I wonder if someone is trading in stocks. The economy is not going well and the stock market has collapsed enormous. I think it is good moment to step in. I already bought some stocks in HK (Hang Seng index) and in the Netherlands (AEX index). Most stocks from the financial sector. I am thinking to invest more but I will not gamble only on the financial market. So I will also focus to the other sectors. Does anyone have some good suggestion for me? Should I also trade in the other markets, like the NYSE?

"...stock market has collapsed enormous. I think it is good moment to step in."

...is gambling. The reason why the market has collapsed is because those companies are on the verge of bankruptcy. So, you're essentially buying (at a very low price), companies that may cease to exist tomorrow, making your shares worth even less (ie, nothing). -clapclap

But, on the other hand, where else would you find penny stocks that have government backing? -roflyawn

The only advice I would ever give, is to NOT put all your eggs in ONE basket (like the PRC did by investing two thirds (that's 1.2 trillion) of its foreign currency reserves in US securities); ie, diversify your assets.

hey Raymond where you from? Sounds like you're from HK, if so that would be great. As I am interested in some company that is listed in HK but it's a china company.

I will use both strategy. It depends on what shares I have.
