Bravo, to the bravery and dedication of that officer; for her to hang onto the girl without a safety harness undoubtedly put her own life at risk. Police work is very often thankless, hazardous, and deadly. Those who willingly put themselves into harm's way for people that they don't even know, really are a special breed.
