Haha...and I thought I was the only weirdo who stays up all night! But seriously, sleeping late is bad for you...and clocking in less than 7-8 hours a day speeds up the aging process. Also, our body regulates certain hormones during the night...so staying up late actually messes up the metabolic events and studies have shown that kids (not too sure bout adults) who stay up late are more prone to obesity later in life

hmmmm i dont know, i didnt sleep the day before flight to HK, didnt sleep on place, watched films all the way to HK. didnt sleep when i landed and spent the day shopping there, went home and slept for like 10 hours. im not sure how many hours is that hehe ~
because idon't got work or schoool noadays...i cant sleep until around 6 and wake up at around 2-230..my sleep schedule is so fuked
lol MJ, i was on 2 diffrent parties stayed awake all the time, bringing people home.. then having after party at his place with a group.. then that night went to another party
ahh my schedule is fucked up too i usually sleep at like 1-2AM on weekdays and 2-3AM on weekends but on weekdays I have to get up at 7.. so I only actually get like 5-6 hrs of sleep usually. so when i go home I sleep for like 2 hours and da cycle continues.. I think im getting bags under my eyes D=
Stay up late is bad, but it also depends on how good is your sleep. I need to sleep eight hours at least in order for me to recover.
Ok, I sleep anywhere between 2am-6am whenever there is NO SCHOOL! And since there was no school for three weeks because the Summer semester has not started, I don't go to sleep till 6am the latest! And I don't wake up till like 10-12 hrs of sleep. I am screwed; however, by next week I think my sleeping schedule will go back to normal. So this means that I have to go to bed by 1am, and wake up around 9am! Btw, your sleep time should not be too little (1-4 hours) and SHOULD not be too much (8 or more) or you have a shorter life span. We all need to figure out how many hours we need to sleep...I think 6 hrs is the best.
lol you mean their random noises at night? LOL JK JKKKK....... no but seriously both my roommates had some weird thing of moaning in their sleep. lol the one that's gone was the worst ... it was so loud it would wake us up sometimes hahaha.
