    Ok you guys and girls are really speaking fluently all those languages ?? if so i feel stupid lol :p i speak cantonese (fam language) i speak english (learned it at school) i speak dutch (well yea i live in holland eh) i understand a little bit german and a very little french.. oh and im learning manderin now :)

    I can only speak English and Cantonese fluently.

    I can speak broken Mandarin and in the process of learning Vietnamese.

    Haha im ABC so I can only speak English and Cantonese goood.
    My mandarin pretty much sucks, like I only understand simple words, and speak simple words. (or da bad words)

    and for some reason i learned like bad phrases in random languages:
    khuddahh - arabic for poo
    cheesamalahh - burmese for "would you like to eat poo"
    pec pec mabaho - tagalog for "your pussy stinks"

    ... yeahh i dont know =P

    i am not being funny right but what the heck is the difference between American English and British English?? (N)
    what a noob they are both the same language and both came from german and latin so there is no difference apart from the Americans changed some of the meaning and the spelling of some English writing.. if you have not realised ENGlish came from ENGland?? pffft

    british english is like "do you fancy a cup of tea??" and you have to have the accent ^0^ duhhh... hahah

    lol... i just find it funny how the americans took our language but decided not to spell worlds like colour with the u or center instead of centre... and with pronunciation, kept the british way of saying words like colonel (pronounced kernel) but changed the way lieutenant is said (we say "left-tenant")

    funny thing languages innit?

    hahaa i totally agree with you here..
    american english is british english!!
    weren't the first few settlers into america... british xD? I learnt this in history in yr 10 a few yrs ago.. something about "pilgrim fathers"... can't remember much anymore.. .. xD! dunno if it's true or not...


    anyways back to the topic LOL
    i speak.. english, cantonese
    and I have to learn french (compulsary) at A level O_O.. and i suck at it.
    and been trying to teach myself korean for the past year... i'm still pretty basic!

    english and canto, the only fluent ones ;)
