Just wondering what u guys think about full/half back tattoos (on a girl). And what would u think if a girl had a full/half back tattoo (temporary of course) for their senior formal? And what picture do u think would look good? a dragon? Bought a tattoo off ebay and this is what it looked like on the night. Sorry the pic is a bit blurry, i'll try and find a better one.
For back tats i think mostly flowers (lotus or sakura) look nice or the japanese style "yakuza"-ish... also chinese or japanese writings are awesome too.... abt ur gown... im sorta not doing this cuz i dont think it would look nice if id wear a wedding gown with an open back or go to some kinda other formal function n my tat would be sticking out... i do think abt it sometimes but naw.... id love a huge one but im too chicken to get a huge one on my back n i need to find an artist i can trust for a huge one...but if its done nicely....its awesome...! honestly, i dont think u should ask ppl tho... u could buy magz for inspiration n stuff....but u have to get something that U really like... its something u will have for the rest of ur life so make the right decision n u will enjoy it more! anyway, i uploaded some pics of tats a while ago, maybe some of em can inspire u!
thanks for ur feedback. one thing i forgot to put in, i meant a temporary tattoo. and for a high school formal. just wanted to know people would think of this idea. thinking of wearing a backless dress.
A full-back tat looks sexy but it depends on the girl. She has to be a sassy lady and not oversized. A small one covering just the shoulder or a portion could look cool regardless what person of what size tough. You will be attracting some "new" guys with this one, the question is if that is what you want of course .. Just my 2 cents as a guy. p.s. If you do decide to do it , can we see it?
i don't think so, not to the formal. it wouldn't look very good. just want to be different i guess, and i think dragon tattoos look awesome. but im just thinking whether everyone would actually accept this kind of idea at a formal event, but its just high school rite? IF i decide to do it.
Its high-school, have fun and be spontanious. Better to regret what you did then having to regret what you didn't do Don't do a dragon, thats for men. A tiger crawling over your shoulder to the back would look great.
You might want something to match with your dress, I like cherry blossom trees with a couple of birds or butterflies, add some flowers(no roses, something to match with the blossoms) if you like.You should have a theme, the whole pic should tell a story. You should have someone draw it on a paper first to see what you like on it.
true, don't wanna live life with regrets. a tiger would be cool but where would u find a temp tattoo with a tiger crawling over ur shoulder? but there are quite a few dragon tattoos out there. but i don't particularly like flowers. i guess flowers have more of a "good" image as dragons and tigers have more of a "bad" image. i've got a black dress.
If you want something more fierce, twice eagels, spiders with web, how about a phoenix rising from your back. 1000 hand buddha(female ver), your Zodiac sign. My friend had a tiger tattoo and it wasn't that good, no life to it, but my bro got his dragon tattoo in HK and it was fierce, that guy did it free handed, it's similar to the one from the movie young and dangerous.
wow, the tiger ones look awesome. im planning on getting a temporary tattoo, most likely a stick on kind of one. just have to find out where to get them thanks so much for the pics though
@hobo instead of a "stick on" one u might wanna consider a temp henna tattoo... its really nice n u can have it custom made... design ur own or ask the "henna artist" to design one for u... if u have a stick on one where r u gonna get it? personally i think dragons look nicer on guys .... what abt thisssss...the stars on the right!!! <3 SOOOO awesomeeee
^ i dont like tattoos, and worse is seeing them on girls.. but henna designs are not so bad because it is not permanent.
lol sounds like this girl just wants a cute tramp stamp and not a full out tattoo. Im pretty sure you can find temporary tattoo's in vending machines and dollar stores. Those stars in angie's pic are fucking sexy though
seriously..if u want a temp tattoo get it done profeessionally and not those stick on ones cause they're ugly and will make you look like shit
The star tattoo angie posted is pretty cool. This one isn't bad either. In my opinion, I'd keep it a little light. If it's a full on cover, wouldn't look as nice. It'd just be too much.
