    Exactly, what is otherwise known as a "Broken U-turn" is supposed to be on a standard driver's exam; at least in the US of A. Don't know where the video was from though.

    It's in Hungary, it says Budapest in the beginning of the video. The woman fails at 3-point turns indeed, but there was actually only one car that did it properly in the video anyway. And for the record, the road looks wide enough to just do a U-turn. =/
