I'm thinking about getting this phone, seems nice and thin for a QWERTY phone. Anyways, I found it on the Canadian newegg, it says its the US version. I was wondering if that really concerns me too much since I will be using it in Canada. Also, it says its quad-band so does that mean it will work for most parts of the world? Including HK i would assume, right?
a lota ppl bought it from newegg..it works in canda perfectly .. i have this phone...don't get it lol
it's not a bad phone, my friend has it and she says it's pretty good. it's cheaper than a blackberry as well.
nothing i choose it over any blackberry and the e63 is so stupid...i just wanna be the only one with that phone lol...i only know 1 other person with the same phone
My thoughts exactly lol. I was considering a BB Bold but everyone has one, so I figured the E71 was the way to go lol.
kdotc, I have the E71 too. Jelly, get the E71 and brag about it on PA, and rub it on kdotc's face. My only complain is it becomes a portable heater very fast if you talk on it for long or you start using Wi-Fi.
i think its not a bad phone. but the screen size seems a tad compromising... why not the freshly released E75?? it also has a qwerty, but its one of those slide-out qwerty. --------- ok maybe not. the battery life is less than the e71. Since both phones have the same processor, e71's 1500mAh will beat e75's 1000mAh battery life any day. but still, it has wifi too!
How long? I'm not really someone who talks on the phone for long convos. The Wi-Fi might be an issue for me though, since this phone is for uni and theres Wi-Fi on campus obviously. Would leaving my phone signed in to Msn really turn it into a heater?
^ ebuddy won't make ur phone heat up .. its a good phoen still...well depends who uses it....how do i konw? once gordon found out i got the phone he got it the next day hahahaahahahahah
On second thought, who cares if it heats up. Its pretty cold in Canada for the most part, I wouldn't mind having a slightly warm phone to hold lol.
Mine would get warm after 20 minutes of non-stop conversation. Wi-Fi, doesn't matter if it's msn, youtube, or just weather network, it will get warm within 10 minutes.
