Converter

Hey, Does anyone know a good free legal converter? I'd like to convert the rmvb (realplayer) files to avi/ divx so that my dvd player can play the files I used rad video tools but it somehow won't convert the sound anymore :( and I have also tried oxelon media converter but it decreases hd quality alot...(yes i know converting means giving up quality but rad video tools didn't drop much quality while oxelon does) Thanks, Kenny

 

The free ones suck in general. Get a cracked version of one of the more common converters. Winavi.

I have been using it back in the days to convert movies to my PSP, but it also supports rmvb.

 

Hey, thanks for your reactions Does Super itself contain malware or only the website? I didn't have very good experience with cracked versions in the past (somehow I needed the reïnstall windows :S )

 

Some people have never had problems with it, but for me personally it sometimes messes up. But WinAVI is no doubt the fastest. If you have time, I'd suggest AVS Video Tools.

 

Uhhh, I never said malware. It's just advertisements, they have to survive somehow if they want to provide it for free.

As far as I know there are no viruses/trojans/etc. on either the website or in the program.

And yeah, some cracked versions do contain viruses and trojans, so unless you can separate the good from the bad, keep away from them.

 

i prefer just getting the crack. you need to know where to get the crack that are not infected with virus.

 

I've tried using "Next Video Converter". It does the job and its free. I'm not too sure about video quality though. Just my 2 cents.
