I just made some chinese sweet & sour spareribs, Sauce is niiice (homemade sauce -coolio, bottled stuff is for nubs)
what I did was put a little oil in the wok, let it heat, add the sugar, add water, add white vinegar, then i put a little red vinegar for colour, then add the ribs, then after a min add some liquid corn starch to thicken it, keep stirring it up. all done. Ty (the bottles sauce thing was a joke btw )
its really simple. only butter, sugar, chocolate and eggs. i thought they were called sago, but its not sago in the souffle. master_g is smart. yeah its sugar. just that it kinda caramelised thats y it looks brown.
wahaha, the last one i did was ribs though, besides that i dont really eat pork, and i dont eat much red meat, because of my prawn ordeal i dont eat much sea food so its only chicken for the most part but im gona do some fish soon -chef lol i wana see that
Just looks liek boiled chicken LOL but tastes nice but then we didn't put too much Drunken Chiken Sauce in it we kinda read the instructions after we cooked half way through it wanted it to marinate for 3 hours and we wanted dinenr so we put it in boil instead LOL + S&S is FAIL lol i hate it lol
