i started baking my chicken and the tray ends up full with fat half way through cooking, when you fry it your taking in soooo much fat its crazy, im gona cut down on fried chicken.
i want a rotisserie sooooooo bad but they don't do them in the UK, thats one market gap that really needs filling.
i want my chicken to be marinated first then it doesnt really matter, fried, stir fried, cooked whatever ~
^ you eaten 'bak cheet gai' [boiled chicken chopped up] and soy sauce to dip in for flavour..? that doesnt need marinating worrr.....
