i think the flu is still under control, but last few day i went to airport, i saw many people already start wearing the mask.
flu season.. people start getting flus when they take vaccines cus they (vaccines) are full of crap. well ive never had a flu in my life.
Yes! I've even prepared my zombie invasion kit for the outbreak. No, seriously.... The swine flu fiasco was obviously just something the media/govt. hyped up so that people would spend more money on healthcare. It's not dangerous unless you're an infant or old as dirt (just like all the other influenzas). I haven't heard about any confirmed deaths in the developed countries, except for one person in the US and that was a baby.
Still. Within the past few months, more people have died from car accidents than from catching the disease.
more people die from seasonal flu, up to 500k a year round the world so unless your body is weak-ass, you got nothing to worry about, whether its swine or human flu or bird

I wonder if the swine flu has been under controlled yet. It's so hard for people who's traveling on a business trip....takes too much time thru custom.
I've said it once and I'll say it again. More people die from seasonal flu because more people GET seasonal flu. You cannot compare how many people die from seasonal fly to how many people die from swine flu, it just doesn't make sense.
^ i'll back that one up... i mean the normal seasonal flu is jsut like swine flu how do you compare? so people who's got the normal flu, atm people will jsut think they have swine because it is so well known as a virus atm...
And my point is, you're wrong. There has been a hand full of cases where people contracted the disease and died. The percentage of people who were diagnosed with the disease and died are much higher than that of seasonal flu. It is foolish to sweep it under the rug just because more people die from seasonal flu.
^ok you go and stock up on your face masks and flu vaccines. Nothing was ever said it should be swept under the rug. It is good that it is brought to peoples attention, and people should be prepared. But people go on like its the end of the world....
