Anyone know if such a thing exists? I want a router so that I can configure it to turn off at certain time just to limit the amount of time my kid can spend on the net. I think Mcafee has some software can do this but I don't want to install extra software just for this. Thanks!

yep u can configure it on your router.... u can limit the times of each PC, which is connected to the router.
so u dont need extra programme ~

Tisken, do I need to get a specific brand of router or any router could do, thanks!

  4. I just took a lot at my router settings and i can sets times and days etc, i have a Linksys Router

  5. seriously though.. if you are a parent and want to limit your kids internet time due to homework issues or what not... it's so easy.... router has all the settings you may need... hell you can update the router to use an independent firmware but that's a bit too advanced...

  6. i would just leech someone else's wireless when my one gets blocked.
