lol u think the Knicks care about the luxury cap? they haven't been in the playoffs since 2k1... their payroll's been near the highest in the league till offloading Starbury... they were sitting on a payroll of $130million in 2005... LOL...

They should if they don't the owner(s) don't wanna pay double of what they are already paying, and hoping to get james and bosh.
I.E: Lebron makes $15,041,250 a year and by going over the salary cap and into luxury cap, Knicks pay $30,082,500 for one player a year, and that isn't worth it

yep, rumors about TJ Ford coming to the Celts with Daniels for BBD, Pruitt and Giddens is not likely, Daniels for sure, but TJ, aeh not so much, i prefer Marbury to resign with us.

as for the Lakers, i think the same situation is happening to them as with us with posey. If they lose Odom, i think they will fall to 3rd or 4th seed. Even with Artest cuz they dont have a solid scorer off the bench, Vuja"chick" and the others are mostly trash. In the West they have the new and improved Spurs who just picked up Theo Ratliff. Portland is gonna improve cuz of their talent. Portland can easily be 5th or 6th seed. Nuggets are another team to fear.

The Celts bench are looking very good. Our bench can beat some other team's starting 5. With Wallace, Daniels, BBD and House as our bench it should provide much rest for our starters. So we will be a dangerous force next season

I say they will still be #1 in the West. They still have their big 2 and with Artest coming in should be able to retain their weaponry if not made it stronger.

yeh its gonna be hard for them to be #1 in the east, Spurs are gonna come very strong next season with the addition of jefferson and radliff. Same for us the celtics, we have the Cavs who added Shaq, Moon and some guy i forgot his name lol. Orlando idk, they got Carter but lost Turk =\.

But my predictions are Boston and Lakers again in the Finals, if both team remains healthy

At the moment the team that looks the best is the East is Celtics, they use to be the team with the Big 3, but with the addition of Wallace they are now the Big 4. In the West with the Lakers most probably losing Odom to Miami , I would say San Antonio are the favourites. They are the team that has actually gotten better in the off season.

apparently, even losing odom they are still favorite to win according to Vegas, i dont know why, but even if ron artest, yes they have a very strong lineup, but their bench suck. Our bench on the other hand has the potential if not, beat some teams' starters. 3 of our bench players can easily be starters on other teams. Orlando i agree with most people, they shouldnt be feared as much, they gained as much as they lost. They gained Vince Carter but with the loss of Turk. Turk couldve brought energy off the bench. And they just spend too much money to keep Gortat, where they can find a better if not same quality C with less money. Cavs in my opinion depends on Shaq's summer. If he can lose weight and keep up with the Cavs, then yes they are one scary team. Cavs is a fast movign team, if Shaq cant keep up, then theres no way he can help as much.

And for the above guy, US people are just more active people ^^

Guys. Guys. You can't say Odom is gone from LA yet. He hasn't agreed to sign with the Heats, and maybe won't. The Heats MLE offer has been on the table for weeks and Odom still wants to negotiate with Buss. His dedication belongs to LA

hmm now Vegas odds are 2:1 for Lakers, now its gonna be a good game between Celtics vs LA his year, and where the hell did Cavaliers get all this money, it seems like they are signing a shitload of people. Shaq, Moon, Parker. now considering to use the LLE on Warrick of 1.9 mil!
