There's this guy from my brother's school who's 17 and dating a 31 year old woman who has a 9 year old son. The shocking thing is that they've been together for 2 years!! Isn't that illegal? Wait, could it be Amber Frey? -lol
Age gaps cease to matter as much the more you get older and older...but only when both parties involved are at least 30 or so. When you're that young it's just illegal. It's also very surprising to find a guy that young who's fine with dating an older woman with a kid almost half his age.
Amber Frey dated Scott Peterson, the guy who was convicted of killing his wife & his unborn son. She wasn't dating some high school student. Perhaps you've mistaken her for Mary-Kay Letourneau? Anyway, I think this whole age thing is just a matter of personal preference. I personally prefer older guys because usually, they are more capable of taking care of themselves and taking care of me. Older guys have been around the block and are seasoned enough to know what women want. And I think it's because of this reason that society has the idea that women to be with older men... because back then, it was the men who took care of the women. However, times are changing now... and you see that older women-younger men relationships are becoming more accepted.

If not, STOP DATING. Next, they have a child, can you support them both? If not, STOP DATING. Ask yourself this, the age gap, ur old n he/she's not or he/she's old n ur not, you wanna be like ashton kutcher? If not, STOP DATING. The quote i've written is one that pratically everyone have heard, read, or noticed, but if you ask urself, wut if it happened to you? when asked this, lots of ppl would say "not a problem". but they do not actually noe the consequence. one thing, the child and the mother/father. can U put up with the child? and is the mother/father dependant on you for survival? someone 17 should not but dating a 31 wit a child. if they love eachother n can go n with life going through the hardships, and even perhaps marriage, nothing i can say. their life, their way of living. but for u ppl, think for urself
I think it's just strange, but it's probably more accepted nowadays, especially on television. It's rare, but it'll happen. Personally, I would never date a guy younger than me, unless you're talking a couple of months. Although this will probably change as I get pass the 25 mark .
i think age doesnt matter but in this case i think his too young, but hey maybe he is mature for his age.... but to me it seems kind of wrong that they are dating and if they are serious why cant they wait till the guy is over the legal age i mean it they think its a real relationship but thats just my opinion

i really dont think age matters because i am so in love with stephanie cheng right now - 6 years older then me not that much - not infactuation, i saw her a private party room after her concert, there was no one there! no fans! only her and her assistant! i got take a picture with her, autograph and talk for like 3 minutes omg, happiest 3 minutes of my life!!!!! shes hottest/cutest girl i ever seen, 999999x hotter in person, her assistants good lookin too, omg i cant wait to go hk to find her

I think age doesn't matter to a point. I mean as long as you love each other it's all good. But 31, and 17.. That's a little to much for people to handle.. But what ever floats their boats I guess.

it doesn't really matter if the guy is some years older than the girl about 10 yrs. or so... but if from maybe 15 yrs. or older on, that's not a very good thing. but if older women and guys, not cool. i think it's disgusting. but if the girl is maybe 3 yrs. older then the guy, i think it's okay.
