Hi everyone its been awhile, but i'll get to the point. Friends finally convinced me to go to a kumoricon as well as get a costume made. I wanted to do something people haven't done. So ive decided on Legend of the Condor heroes outfit, but all i have to work with is a Mandarin Collar Cheongsam (Cotton Twill) Navy color, one Straw hat, and a Tai Chi sword that i was told i could carry around with my outfit. Hope you guys can help me out, either by telling me that works or telling me what i should add.

The best i can do is just images of the costume. I don't actually have a camera though. Its better then nothing i guess.

Either Raiden or Kung Lao and I don't think i want people coming up to me so i have to correct them. I might just lose the hat, and add a sash to cover the right arm. Just like Youka in the return of the condor heroes anime. (though his arm was cut off by Guo Fu.)

Well it was set back in the Song Dynasty during the time of the Jurchen's invasion of northern China.

You need a long haired wig with two strips of white running down the side....

If you want to do a later version of Yeung Gwor, you can hide your right arm as well....

I am pretty sure its hard. Just spend $20 and get one off ebay or local costume shops.

Well, I wish you good luck. Take some pics once your costume is done.

No problem. I just sketching it out at the moment, but in a week I should have all the materials. Wonder if anyone on on popular asian is going to be there on Saturday? Oh but definitely taking lots of picture.
