personally i loved the ending, i agree with the producer, after all of Wong Heis sufferings he should have a happy ending instead of those classic TVB endings...kill off the character =\ the only thing bad about the series is the lack of saving people in the fire...i swear like 10 episodes were focused on when Wong Hei wakes up, and probably anotehr 10 on his sufferings, the last episode was like the first fire since a long time =\
This should not be called Burning Flames.. but instead renamed to Burning Love.. It does not focus much on the fire fighting scenes...
The date for the reunion gathering at the end of the show indicated the year 2011 .... but every of the firefighters were still having their same old ranks .... would have thought some of the folks would have got promotions by 2011 ..... haha ... the poor firefighters
I like the ending ! Don't know, but people just kept complaining ._. It's so annoying. If you don't like it, just don't watch it or start another drama. Or better, start writting a good story and let's see how good it'lll be !!!
