For some reason it looks cheap. I mean it is cheap in terms of the price, but still think that the original one looks better.
it looks like crap, i think i would rather the 80GB version but it may be sold out when i buy one. what i dont understand is why sony put little HDDs in the systems, 120GB is nothing, you can buy a 500gig for £50 and sony buying it in bulk would drop that price much further, but no... 120 gigs.. wow
I think because its primary function is still a gameing console and not a mass storage system ^^ And I still think it looks like shit compared to the original version.
the primary function requires hard drive space and it gives the option to store entire games to HDD for better performance. The system is more than a gaming console, its a multimedia system, they WANT you to store music and video on there too which is why the service is provided. Bigger hard drives are needed.
yo thats why you buy it yourself if you want bigger drives lol. look at xbox 100 bucks for 120gb, at least sony lets you swap out easily and soon you'll find 500gb hd for cheaper. i dunno why in the fuck would they give you a 500gb ps3 after the price drop that would be an insanely dumb business decision. stop complaining lol 120gb is enough for like 40 game installs unless they are all 5gb installs. i doubt alot of people would buy 40 games for ps3 nowadays.

Look stick with the old one the 80G one ... the slim is just nothing Sony is Desprate as you guys watched the E3 conference Sony was just Shitting them self comparing with Xbox 360... so this is the reason for sony they came up with the idea of designing a new look just like the PS2 they added a Slip Version... which i i say its no use. but just to get more people to buy the console.. and also you dnt see Xbox changing there designs you dnt see an 360 Slim Light version do you.... lol... and yes some of the poople says it looks cheap and i agree its looks the platic look looks like they got it out from a cars front bumper and just cut it to a shape lol and with the real buttons that is so old lol today we are all about touch sensitive gives the more modern feel... bleh bleh .... so i would say buy the original looks better and feels its worth every penny your payed for it.. and the gloss look.. you know maybe some of you may not agree with me but im just saying... click the thanks button if you support what i said....-unsure
