Zangief required some skill to get near an opponent really and lots of patients otherwise you will lose with Zangief
i think akuma got scared as soon as zangief did some dmg.. hahah comon akuma vs zangief? two pile drivers would kill him.. lol
lol i would say nice ownage. everyone takes skills to use. cause of a course a noob cant win that easily
jump in jump out.. uppercut.. tiger knee.. hadouken.. throw a rock.. it's pretty damn easy to dodge.. lol
Gief is a cheating char to use. i tried him and all i did was 360 with 3 kicks and his grabs/throws can not be dodge esplly if the person is knock down. keep repeating for about 3 times and should be a KO.
^yes he can...just jump out...not that hard....accurate timing grabs just eats reversal and counters and blocks...
I have a feeling the only reason gief owned akuma was because gief is a bit stronger along with the fact that akuma has shit def it just makes it seem like gief is easy to use.
Zangief has high priority with that spinning attack, thats the ONLY reason why he won, without that 1 attack he would have no chance, if you and zan pull a move off at the same time youll get hit and zangief will win. sagat is even worse, he has the highest priority in the game.
^ Zangief, high priority clothesline, 360 grabs, super and ultra that comes out instantly and you can only counter it with moves that has invincible frames and high damamging light and medium chain pokes...I can't beat a gief....he can easily slip in a grab just because you stuffed up a little combo...
Zangief is only cheap if your playing with players that suck. Try playing with people that actually know how to play their class. Just look at all the tournament the majority of the top tiers dont' even use zangief.
^ were not talking about top tiers, were talking about 95% of the player base that youll meet online, if they used him he would be just as cheap, they prolly dont use him cus they wont be getting much recognition for using him.
