messed around with it for 30 mins heres my thoughts and what most people think: also playstation 3 logos removed from startup of games way to go sony for ruining the xmb for good. They better give a rollback update cause new console owners are going to be completely dissappointed
Actually I like the update quite a bit... only thing I'd complain about are the store links.. it's somewhat convenient yet kinda gets in the way.. Also the friends list I'd have to agree is displayed too big.. takes forever to scroll. However the theme is pretty snazzy.. I also bout the LittleBigPlanet Dynamic theme hahah its pretty coo. The ticker looks nice and the whats up is a good addition. I think they should just throw the video and game psn store links all in the 'Whats New'
^thats cause you buy everything lol no way i'm buying a theme for 3 bucks. lol wait until you see the complaints at the official playstation board, anyways you can't play online w/o updating so its basically mandatory.
I want that game but too bad sega is being sega and are refusing to localize that awesomeness so I might import that game sometime since I do know some japanese

I think it would be pretty hard for them to translate everything.. since everything in game is japanese.. plus all lil details.. They game looks like loads of fun with a bunch of mini games n so many things to do. If anything I hope they at least release the Feudal Japan spin off of it. That shits got turtle racing!! but I think they're up to yazuka 4 already.. so I dunno if you follow the series.. maybe wait till that one drops?
tbh i like the new update only thing i dont like is the border lines on friends list and the absolute no purpose of that *what you been playing* in the *whats new* thing but however woop woop
