BUT CANT BLOODDDYY GET IT OUT .....:rl: GAWDDD
hahaha... poor ulti.... just have to get used to it i guess... i never had braces but i can imagine how annoying it would be... just keep thinking abt the results... a few years n u have very nice looking teeth!
Did you just get them? You'll learn to get food out of your braces without having to brush soon enough lol
when i had braces, i rarely had any food caught in between them. didn't your orthodontist give you some clear looking thing to apply onto the braces to help with preventing the train tracks?
LOL i just got mine taken off recently.. I remember biting into a sandwhich and all the bread would stick on the braces. hahah. just uhh lick it off .. thats what I did, and i would gargle water and bring toothpicks.
sigh :( but its when im eating in school davvy, cant just suddenly get a toothpick or brush to brush it out ... and its horrible with that bit of taste thing .. and TY KAY -hug .... totally pain in the ass .. hope technology will be superior to rebuild the teeth in gums or w/e to make it straight .. xD
xD i remember a cartoon called brace face xD ... Hilarious theme tune <3 and 0_o at what ??? *evil stare while my gums shiver in pain*
latrer u'll leanr techniques to get food unstuck..but as long as you brush your teeth properly then food will come out... i don't know why you're complaining though, its the same for everyone and you get used to it in time..you're lucky you're not bleeding a lot
I guess your teeth is in really bad shape to get those wire braces. There are invisalign or whatever new tech out now that straighten your teeth without the need of those old fashion and ugly braces. Heads up though .. particularly Asian. I am not sure if your orthodontist has warned you but Asians are prone to gum recession in later years. (for some, it's start even earlier) Braces trigger faster gum recession. It's genetic but taking sufficient calcium should slow it down a bit. It varies from person to person. I never had braces so I don't know what you're going through but my sis got them before and now she suffers gum recession. She got oral surgeries and has to check in with her periodontist every six months or so. It's a pain.
I think with the vast information available on the web these days, you should do the research. Don't always trust the doc or dentists. Ask lots of questions before deciding to undergo any procedure. Some places are just outdated are cashing in on parents who don't do their homework and just trusting on referrals.
I'm not sure about now, but I heard before if your teeth are really messed up, you can't use invisalign to straighten your teeth. I never got braces, so I wouldn't know how annoying they would be. But you'll get used to it later.
For gals though, I know they use the opportunity to lose weight. It's painful to eat and clean .. so yeah .. not a bad diet option.
Before, you couldn't get braces if you had an overbite/underbite. A couple years ago I wanted to get Invisalign but they said I couldn't get it since I had an overbite. However, now they have improved their technology and it is available to people with overbites/underbites. But yea, teeth that are way too messed up probably can't get Invisalign.
