    As bad as it sounds, I think these people got what they deserved. You don't race in the city. I am glad no pedestrians were kill in this in accident. These people were basically asking for death when they decided to step on the gas. Again, I feel bad for their parents. I hope kids will think twice before doing pathetic things these days. Kids are supposedly smarter nowadays, isn't it? Sigh...

    I really don't think seat belts would have helped tbh. The car was torn apart. They might have actually stood more chance of survival without seatbelts... although granted they are probably all dead now.
