ur friends must be unhealthy or super tired xD it felt real weird whenever i squeezed the ball in my hand to pump the blood. In the end when i got off the chair i felt 5lbs lighter. just look away & you will be fine, & listen ur fav music @ the same time to relax, 20 min or so u're done. woot food
i think my friends just went in with an empty stomach . i have this one friend though who passes out whenever he sees a needle. a brave man he is to still be donating.
what a man ur friend lol , i totally looked away & tried not to feel the needle sticking in, it's SEVERAL times, like 3 at least, cuz they couldnt find my vein, i got like those little bruises dots on my arm later on.
