Baseball (MLB): Who says baseball is boring??? Not when you have alcohol involved! hahaha .... here's how it goes ... Say ... the Jays vs Yankees ... I choose the Jays ... you choose the Yankees. 5 Fingers equals 1 Glass. Single ... 1 finger (horizontal). Double ... 2 fingers. Triple ... 3 fingers. Home Run ... 1 Glass and 3 fingers. Say a two run homer (runner on 1st base) ... that would be 2 Glasses plus 5 fingers = 3 Glesses. Say a Grand Slam ... 4 Glasses plus 4 fingers. Stolen Base/Walk/Strike Out/Wild Pitch/Double Play ... 1 finger Triple Play ... RARE ... 3 Glasses. Strike out the entire side (3 consecutive strikeouts) ... 1 Glass plus 3 fingers. Easy??? Definitely!!! Told ya! Baseball is FUN!!! Basketball (NBA): Well ... this one is fun ... and quick! Say ... Raptors vs Celtics ... I choose the Raps ... You choose the Celts ... Beginning of the game, score is 0-0. The first team to reach 10 points, the other drinks. So Raptors are up 8-6 and then Calderone hits a 3 ... 11-6 Raps ... you would drink 1 Glass (10 points) plus 1 Finger (3 pointer). Then the next 10 points start counting ... it would be 21-16 ... get it? If Celts get to 16 before Raps gets to 21 ... then I drink. But wait ... there's more ... If a team scores consecutive baskets ... then the other drinks ... 2 consecutive means 1 Finger ... 3 consecutive means 2 Fingers .... But wait what about 3 pointers .... o yes .... each 3 pointer is 1 Finger .... so if one team hits 3 3's in a row that .... 5 Fingers = 1 Glass .... But wait ... how can they hit 3 in a row .... ooooo ...... Turnovers ... each one is 1 Finger .... Blocked shots ... 1 Finger ... Alleyoops .... 1 Finger .... If it is a foul ... the shooter must hit both shots before it is considered a basket .... Technical Fouls .... 1/2 Glass ... Flagrant Fouls ... 1 Glass .... Say Raps go on a 12-0 Run ... scored 2 3's .... that would mean 5 consecutive baskets ... 4 Fingers (5 baskets) + 2 Fingers (3's) + 4 Fingers (Turnovers) + 1 Glass (over 10pts) ... Get the idea? Sort of. Complicated???? A little. Just drink!!! SHOWHAND: Usually played when there are more than 5 people ... only ONE hand is needed. One person is the Leader to begin with. He/she first says 1-2-3 and then shouts out a number between 0 and 10. If any individual(s) hand(s) together with the Leader adds up to that same number, those victims will drink 1 finger. If 3 or more people add up to that number, they would drink 1 Glass plus 1 Finger. If nobody adds up to that number, then the Leader drinks 1 Finger. This repeats itself until somebody adds up. Each non-matching round, the Leader would add another finger to the drinking total. So say, the Leader lost 5 consecutive rounds ... that means 1+2+3+4+5 Fingers were drank by that Leader (a total of 3 Glasses)!!! Once somebody adds up, the next Leader is the person who matched up with the Leader going clockwise. There's also another way of drinking ... say the Leader calls out "5". He showed no fingers, but the other people (4 of them) showed 1 finger (3 people) and showed 2 fingers (1 person) ... therefore there is "5" out there ... then they would drink! If it is the first round, then 1 Finger. If the second round, then 2 Fingers. The Leader then repeats the round until some individual matches with him. You can really really drink quickly in this game. NOTE: One of our brilliant friends lost 13 Rounds in a row!!!! That's 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12+13 Fingers!!!! She drank 18 Glasses + 2 Fingers (A TOTAL of 91 Fingers)!!!! 超級星光大道: While watching this Taiwanese Singing progam (weekly on Friday nights) ... we bet on the points that each contestant receives (ranging from 0 to 25; each judge can give up to a max of 5 points - 5 judges). The closest to the actual score does not need to drink. All others ... for each point differnce ... one glass (12 oz.). 超级偶像: While watching this Taiwanese Singing program (weekly on Saturday nights) ... we bet on who the judges vote to stay in the show (5 judges). Two contestants are chosen to challenge each other ... we bet on who wins and how many votes out of the 5 judges he/she receives. For example, A versus B. I choose A to win with 4 votes. If the end result was B with 4 votes, then I drink the difference (4-1 ... the difference of votes received by A ... as well as choosing A to be the winner). The total would be 2 glasses (1/2 glass for each vote and 1/2 glass for choosing the wrong contestant). 百萬大歌星: While watching this Taiwanese Singing show (weekly on Saturday nights) ... each contestant is given a chance to win NT$1MM ... by going through 11 stages ... each stage the contestant (usually a celebrity) must choose one of 3 songs to sing ... we bet on which song he/she would sing (A, B, or C) ... if you guess wrong ... then 1 glass. As the contestant is singing ... he/she would get to a point where the music stops ... we then guess to see if he/she would be able to complete that line ... a wrong guess means another glass must be downed. At times, if it is a song that a few of us might know how to sing ... we would do side betting to see if we can sing it without errors as well ... that's another glass.

We always buy the same beer and we sit in our lounging area ... my buddy has a huge K room and another entertainment room in the basement with HD .... Just think of it ... a group of 10 go out to all you can drink K for $40 a head ... that's $400 .... We get a case of Old Milwaukee ($28.00) or even Coors Light ($38) .... MUCH CHEAPER! ..... that's 14 cases of Old Mil or 10 cases of Coors .... YOU CAN'T DRINK THAT MUCH OUT THERE! We normally finish off about 4 cases a night .... my buddy is a good cook .... so food is readily available .... he also has a kitchen in the basement as well .... Besides the K system at his place is up-to-date with the newest songs .... he uploads onto the system all the time ... Way more fun .... and we do the normal K games too! O .... in the entertainment room .... we play Wii Bowling or Baseball .... divide up into teams .... just like the real thing! Again alcohol is involved! Same rules apply!
