thanks man. haha i can already feel the pressure to work hard/do well.. a lot of my friends have started doing year 12 stuff these holidays.. it feels unreal that we'll be in year 12 in a couple of weeks. Plus ive got my 2 unit hsc for maths, but that doesnt count or anything. GL to you too man =) All the best. wow really? we finished it before our prelims.. but i guess we had our prelims late compared to other schools it'll probably go by so fast it wont be funny. when are ur uni/VCE exams? i don't find it confusing.. well it works i guess.
haha...you should enjoy this holiday, considering it's the last holiday before u start the hsc. >< im doing the hsc this year, so just a bit of person experience -^_^ anyway, good luck to the rest of the 09ers on PA
Yo hobo g, yr 7-yr 10 is still the same (4 terms a year) It's just yr 11 has 3 terms (feb - oct), and yr 12 has 4 terms(oct - oct)
i guess. i kinda wasted/had a lot of fun in the first week already. I'll probably get some a lot of work done in the second.. gotta catch up and start doing some 4u maths and reading some english material. man... the vce system is really confusing, so when does the year 12 term start? does it go from january? just looking at the timetable, its like... exams are similiar timing to the hsc - so how the heck do terms work in year 12? is the 4th term like 3 weeks or something?
cyas But uai wise, its awesome scaling meh, i dont go on that often onto PA these days... no time haha.
vce exams are in november but don't u think its just kinda odd to have one yr level with only 3 terms? it think the hsc is more confusing, but its matter of opinion. year 12 starts in jan/feb. its normal terms just like all other year levels. yeah for yr 12s 4th term is 2 weeks of school then half a month of studying at home leading up to exams.
so pedantic . just cause we can't get 100 anymores... some poor ruse guy probably got caned by their parents cause they cant get 100 anymores the thought of this is funny haha. well it makes sense though. I think its more logical.. to have it our way. because your year 12 is in essence, a 3 week term, plus 2 weeks of a "term 4" - its not really a term IMO. and the course would be a bit rushed wouldn;t it be? unless the year 12 syllabus is shorter to the one, say in year 11. since year 12 is the one and only year that counts, it just makes sense to have it for a full and proper year, like 4 actual terms. year 11 is always really rushed and stuff, but better in year 11 then in year 12. and same, year 12 finished at the end of last term, and have about.. 3 weeks before their hsc exams start. and thus, the hsc system is better then the vce
lol, depends how u look at it. if it weren't for yr 11, id be still studying like i was in year 10 and stuff; just cramming before exams and finishing assessments the night before . good wake up call.. and good thing nothing counts in yr 11. But then... some people take year 11 seriously.. like its when they start to work.. and try to get ahead of everyone, especially in maths and stuff.
lol yea! how random has the weather been lately.. damn. it rained the whole of this week pretty much... no chance to go out ..
yea it hasn't really been that cold.. well if u compare it to the end of last month where it was like 30 degrees a couple fo days... Thr weather at the moments just so random... it was quite excellent weather this morning.. then it just got worse in the arvo.
similar weather in melb. yesterday was hot and sunny, today was cloudy and freezing. have to wear summer dress as well, soooo cold =.="
