DS Games

What are some good DS games?

I liked zelda, professor layton, big brain academy and super mario bro

 

Harvest Moon? Suikoden tiertris and valkyrie profile ? =( too bad i chose PSP over DS. Now regretted

 

It depends on what you like.

There single player and multiplayer games.

There are also action/Role Playing/Sport/Puzzles/Strategy.

One good puzzle game IMHO is "I am an air traffic controller", where you have to command planes when to land/take off, where to dock. pretty hard though

 

erm i would prefer to play professor layton and role play kinda games ie sims harvest moon etc..

 

Professor Layton is pretty difficult to play if you get stuck on a particular puzzle

 

^ that's why you can skip it xD and find more coins or find someone smarter and help you then explain how to do it

if you realluy can't do it... cheat, google for answer (i know it defeats the whole object of the game but if you are that stuck, a little cheat won't harm as it will explain in the game why it is the answer)

But what if you are playing this game while like on the tube or traveling etc

I didn't know you can skip puzzles....-ohmy I just stopped playing when I got stuck

r4's are pretty bad carts from what I heard. The people who make the firmware for it have stopped. So there wont be any future updates which means not being able to play newer games

 

if it had stopped its not a problem that i can buy other carts, i have r4 coz it came with my new DSlite from HK so i can't grumble for $800 HKD lol.. its bargain!!

you can skip puzzles simply my quitting lol... you jsut go off and continue with the story line

 

I don't really play my DS that much. Its more for de-stressing when I'm studying. However, GTA chinatown wars was ok...for ds.

 

Yeah, that game was decent, I really enjoyed it

 

get an R4 card for like $20 and get any game you want...if you don't like delete...btw...i buy SOME of my games so i'm not really that cheap...but i'm lazy...store is further than download XDDD

 

The R4 card is like dead now because the they have stopped doing updates for it. Not recommended

and if you got a DS and have not played the Ace Attorney series.. you are missin' out...

DS have a lot of mystery, crime games n puzzlers..

 

Ninja Gaiden, I have but haven't really played it yet.
GTA chinatown wars, I have played for a while then stopped.
Scribblenaughts I have also played for awhile then stopped.

I have played all three Ace Attorney series, really enjoyed it. But the fourth one, Apollo justice just wasn't as enjoyable as the ace attorney games.

I can't wait for the fifth one which is playing the role of Miles Edgeworth

 

i liked ace attorney first time i played it but i think some took too long and i got bored of it

 

Well patience was the key to victory in that game

 

i got r4 revolution and it works for all the new games still so meh..no problems yet
