A US man is facing a charge of indecent exposure - after failing to get dressed before making himself a morning cup of coffee in his own kitchen. A passer-by spotted Eric Williamson, 29, through his kitchen window in Springfield, Virginia, at 5.30am and reported him to the police. Mr Williamson, a driver, from Hawaii, says none of his roommates were at home at the time, reports Fox News. "Yes, I wasn't wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me," he said. The complaint came from an unidentified woman who was walking with a seven-year-old boy at the time. A police spokesman said officers arrested Williamson because they believe he wanted to be seen naked by the public. But Mr Williamson, the father of a five-year old girl, complained: "I am a loving dad. Any of my friends and anyone knows that and there is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever, ever do anything like that to a kid." Williamson faces up to a year in jail and a $2,000 fine, if convicted. He plans to fight the charge and says he may sue local police. hAHAAAAAAAAHhAAaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rofl wtf's going on w/ the world xD our americans just love doing this shit
This is messed up ... how do they know he wanted to be seen? Where can you be naked if not at the comfort of your own home? The biatch should stop peeking in people's home. That guy should counter sue for invading his privacy.
if i can't walk around naked in my OWN house and i get arrested.... i'm going to sue somebody cause this is america... and i do what i wants!

This guy better sue the local police and the bitch that put him there. The emotional and mental scars from the embarrassment and humiliation of this case. That bitch shouldn't even be looking into other people's home anyway if she wasn't so nosy herself. She's a peeping tom-like if you ask me and she should be arrested for it. How can it be indecent exposure when you're not even in the public area but within your home? The policeman needs to be fired because he obviously doesn't know the basic law of what's PRIVATE and what's PUBLIC to make ground for the arrest. How can you trust brainless policemen with your life or properties? Might be better off owning a dog. Seriously .. American policemen are getting dumber and dumber .. these are all high school dropouts who can't find better job beside being a police. Otherwise, they're probably serving fries at some fast food restaurant. This story pissed me off .. seriously .. you really wonder wtf was wrong with that police who made the arrest and that he has the right to do so.
It's another one of those stupid things that will waste tax payers money. He's in his own home, he could be nude if he wants to be as long as he's didn't intended to show it to the public, (like dancing naked in from of the windows) If he gets convicted, our society is one step closer back to the stone age.
Well.. if he is really facing court there is a high chance he will lose.. since i thought i've read somewhere in law that it isn't allowed eventho it is at your private property, aslong as public sees it, it is illegal.. he should have used the curtains :X
it was mentioned it was in the morning and very dark. what the hell is a woman with a boy doing during such a early morning and looking into people's house? if u r taking a walk then just mind your own business and look at where u going, instead of looking around at peoples house. if u saw something inappropriate then u only have yourself to blame for looking at other peoples house. if the man successed in defending himself then he should sue the woman and the police. for police: 1 defamation 2 false accusation 3 wasting tax payers money for woman: 1 intrusion of privacy 2 false report
