i don't see many ppl sticking them on the outside of their car here. everyone sticks it on the inside of the car, up the top right corner of the windscreen...same for the back windscreen

I think it's against the law to not have it on the outside of the car.

    http://www.theage.com.au/national/b...ourne-has-edge-over-sydney-20091105-hzjo.html

Victorian Premier John Brumby has used a survey paid for by his own Government to show that Melbourne is a vastly superior place in which to live than, well, er, Sydney.

Melbourne, according to the 1200 people nationwide surveyed for the Government by Roy Morgan research, is Australia's most livable city.

It is superior to the nation's other major cities in areas such as sport, shopping and even, wait for it, romance.

Mr Brumby said the survey, which was conducted in June, showed Melbourne is the most livable city in Australia by a long way.

"It shows that Melbourne today is a very different city to what it was 15 years ago," he told reporters today.

"We've got the livability edge and whether you're talking about arts, whether you're talking about sport ... whether you're talking about romance.

"If you go back to the 1990s ... Sydney was miles ahead in all of these areas.

When asked if he thought Sydney and Brisbane were boring, Mr Brumby said they were great cities.

"It's not to say the others are bad but it is to say that Melbourne has got that edge, that livability edge, and I think it explains why people are coming to our state in droves," he said.

"We have got this enormous enthusiasm, participation by Victorians, by Melburnians, in public events."

Question as side note. any Roy Morgan workers here on PA??
