Unzip software for mac

hello guys i have a problem most of the torrents i download they contain winrar and i cant unzip it i have to open windows to unzip the files using winrar is there a software for mac that unzip all zip farmats?

oh and also is there anysoftware that can maybe defrag my mac like to tidy it up you know the like teh windows you get like disc clean up and defrag and others... i cant seem to find this on my mac?
