I don't think he is anything like Lady Gaga because if you watch most of the awards shows he is in, he is always dressing up and looking weird. That is just how he is and yeah, I don't like Lady Gaga .
hes always been a weired dresser, wear rags sometimes as well with that crazy curly hair style. damn he needs some help with clothes and styling. i woul say hes the worst dresser.
