WTF .. what kind of sentence is that .. sentenced to community service and $1000 fine for assault? I smell corruptions all over the judgment.

AND yes, the HKPD who got slapped on the tape do appear like he's acting to get compensation. That's my guess.

For assault on a police officer, she should have a criminal record established and for continuous offender like her, she should be jailed; not released on bail. WTF .. I BET she was drunk; thus refused to take the breathlyzer. Anyhow, by law, she has to take the test regardless, isn't it?

I hope to see this bitch get punished fairly; but I don't think it's gonna happen .. lol .. hk .. all about $$$$

I thought the only why he could had gotten injured was that slap was hit in the ear which can do some damage but it didn't seem that bad.
