This is the extreme treatment administered by top Hong Kong TVB actor Gallen Lo on his new life and his former marriage. The 47-year-old has been criticized for the way he has 'forgotten' his ex-wife and biological son after marrying Chinese actress Sophie Su last December. When he met up with his 10-year-old son Yuk Sing for a meal last Thursday, the actor was constantly on the phone with his new wife. He even refused his son's requests of a game console. Gallen split up from his ex-wife Claire Fong in 2008 after a 10-year marriage, and no longer provides financial assistance or alimony to her and Yuk Sing. Mother and son recently moved from a 490 square-foot house to a smaller unit of 430 square-feet. On the other hand, Sophie is surely enjoying her new status as Mrs Gallen Lo. She received a 3000 square-foot Beijing villa worth over HK$7 million (S$1.3 million) from her husband, and after a tour around Europe for their honeymoon, the couple took another vacation in Hainan Island last month.

we don't know the truth between him and his wife, we can't judge. but you see this sentence, his ex wife and son gets the '430 square-feet' while his new wife gets '3000square-feet'. (maybe the houses in HK are more expensive than in Beijing) but for him to not give alimony to his kid and ex, i find that strange. is his wife even working. and im wondering, was the kid even his biological child to begin with.
i happen to know him personally, whether you believe it or not, it's your choice. Anyways, the media is definitely trying to give him a bad image, the game console was because he called his ex wife and his ex wife told him that his son has enough game consoles. They do still keep in contact and are friends. And regarding the previous post, the kid is his biological son. Come on guys, filter the news portrayed by the media.
