Lost Dramasian and registered email password

Hi All,

I had to reformat my computer a few days ago and afterwards I lost my popularasians and registered email address password. Therefore, I can't access my previous popularasians account and can't reset my password.

I can provide my I.P. address and name of my registered email address as proof that this was my popularasians account.

I have been trying to use data recovery programs to try and retrieve my lost passwords but this has not worked. I've been running this program for the past few day.

I had to set up a new account so that I could make this post.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is an option to request a password but this is sent to the registered email address. I have lost the password for both my popularasians account and registered email address.

Hi,

In order to be able to reset my registered email address password I need to supply various informaiton such as date of birth, postcode, secret answer.

Unfortunately, I think I have forgotten my secret answer or some other piece of information and therefore can't reset the password.

Therefore, I have sent a Windows Live Validation to Microsoft to verify that I am the email account holder and for them to reset my password. So far, I have had no response yet.

Hi,

Since I completely formatted my hard drive I have also tried using data recovery software for several days to retrieve my internet signon passwords. I managed to retireve some password files but they were corrupted and I could not get any useful data.

I also tried using all my old password to try and access my old poppularasians accounts but none of these were correct.

I have tried everything and anything but still can't access my old popularasians account.

My last resort is to open my request to the forum for help.
