I was gonna pick Finland/Sweden as the winners of those two games. The slovaks have a decent defensive line up, but I'm pretty confident Canada's offense will dominate them as long as they keep playing the way they are. USA will have a tough match up with Finland, but I'm gonna go with USA's speed and goaltending. Canada vs USA final!
I don't watch the winter olympic but I was surprised that Asians countries did so much better this year .. South Korea was impressive .. winter olympic has always been the "strength" of the west .. things have certainly change .. at least Asian are getting more competitive now in the winter olympic sport.
Korea and China have always been competitive at speed skating in particular. They're both around the same amount of medals as they were in 06' too. Gold for Canada's Women hockey team =) As expected... Women's hockey is so boring to watch sometimes cause of Canada's dominance in it...
