word. i think real good tvb dramas are hard to find nowadays. they usually have poorly written plots and etc. the last tvb series i watched and found to be wayyy better than their usual productions turned out to be based off some atv series. couldn't say i was the least bit surprised. it's too bad i'm more used to the way tvb dramas are shot (lighting and colors).
I never actaully watched a ATV series! I remember watching an interview with nick cheung - he said that his family even prefers watchin TVB rather than watching an ATV series with nick in it. Must be crap series on there then.
I've startd watching TVb series since I came to Canada. Been watching TVB all my life and only watch 2 ATV series.
Tvb is a lot better. ATV did use to make great kung fu tv series, and they had much better actors in the past. However, the quality of tvb series are going down hill.
same as others. TVB is really goin downhill. The last tvb series i watch without skimming through was The lofty water and verdant bow. Which is like 7 years ago.
TVB is what i grew up on. It's all i really have access too anyways. ATV seems a little slow on the quality front compared to TVB tho. i've only seen 2-3 series for ATV tho. my vote goes to TVB 100%
