It's about the people on the other forum struggling, denying, and beating around the bush as to what the word "Fap", used to describe Sarah Palin, means. If you bothered to take your own advice as well as mine and read the damned thread, you would find that the question was answered and the response was rather amusing.

i didnt look at every page on that thread but i assumed they were messing around, you know like if a noob came here and said "Wow what is VIP means?", we would come up with a bunch of stupid stuff that isnt what it actually means even if some person who doesn't know how to play along with a joke actually answers it. from the looks of it the guy was taking them to seriously and they ended up playing him, i dunno though.
