    one of my friends said to me...

    "...dun mean to be offensive or anything but if only you had blond hair..."

    i know i have my dummy moments...im not that bothered...

    but i dun get why people say "dun mean to offensive or sometimes racist" the comments
    nearly always turn out to be either offensive or racist...whuts the point in saying it...? =.=
