Well, I'm starting to slack off on exercising :/...all because of school's fault...but during the summer, I exercise like 3-4 times per week...which is not much...but hey I lost 40 poinds...tell us ur equation into losing weight (too much math lately) - I just eat less every meal - try to get away from snacks - eat greens instead of meat - but keep in mind still eat meat, because ur body needs them...but just not too much - salad instead of fries @ Mcdonalds - and most importantly EXERCISE
I got a routine up... trying to gain as much size before the spring.. then ill spend my spring months cutting down to a nice beach show off shape.
I watch what I eat, like constantly eattings not to much meat, and enough greens. I do about 50 situps everynight with 20 daimonds/wide pushups & work on Blowflex from time to time.
hm... i have trouble putting on weight lol during the summer when i started to work out a bit i gained weight but when school started i lost weight -_-
i lost big time weight semester1.. wasnt used to universty and my job at the same time. I quit my job and now im back to the Gym... i was 140 in the summer went down to 130 by the end of dec.. then im back to 135.. gonna work my way up again then cut it down super Lean before teh summer.
Yeah school starts...and I'm not gaining or losing very much...it's like the food is helping me gain (because I dun eat too little), and stress is helping me loss the weight...so it balances...but these two forces are really bad for me :/...but in a way it's good
damn bro! u got a hella cut body dude...what do u do exactly? i wanna grow up to be just like u i try to exercise whenever i can...bball monday and starting a workout routine again...so hopefully i'll get in better shape...hehe :whistling
academik where do you work out? btw what height are yea 140 for a asian is iight that sounds like me. and what's your goal weight i'm preaching 155. i'm at 143 give or take right now.
i go to gym abt twice a week, play netball and badminton once a week. And some time if Im stress I do some in door yoga. Guess Im a freak in keep fit.
every couple of months, i'll start exercising and then quit again *sigh*, just can't keep up with it.
naw..because of my background i can't put on bulk..it only keeps me defined...me..a beast..look at u g..with ur abs all over the place there...
ALBINO BEASTT!!! yeah i stopped working out for a while =( but imma start now. Been trying to eat alot to gain mass, but it hasnt been working... i get alot of excersize @ work tho. -devil
