That gwai lo english is really choppy for reals. All I could hear from him is "I will f**king knock you out, do you understand, stay!!" I think the HK man cantonese is choppy too, possibly hak gar background? Seriously, that HK man is asking for some beating by lifting someones head like that.
It's obvious that there was some sort of confrontational preamble to this that remains unknown. Looking carefully, one sees that, at the very beginning of the video, as the white man first comes into view he, for some reason, handled the Chinese man's bag. He looked like he was trying to open it when the Chinese man slapped his hand away. What that was all about, and how it impacted the rest of the interchange is anyone's guess. Also, the Chinese mans speaks a variant subdialect, and not pure Cantonese.
