Power supply and video card

    hi i was wondering that my vid needs 500 watt for a power supply and my current power supply is 500 w is that enough or should change that to700w or 800w?

    Based on Nividia's site, your card needs a minimum 300W PSU. You're fine.

    lol, it doesn't take a beast ton of power to run video cards.... even those extreme expensive ones...... if you sli/xfire them different story.....

    it depends what kind of power supply, if it's a generic then you'll should change it, but if it's a major brand name power supply you'll be fine.
