Jordan played in an era when it was more defensive ie hand checking was allowed. In the current era, his stats would even be more amazing.His ppg would even be higher

 

there's no comparison, MJ all the way. Kobe is good, but never MJ status

 

I agree MJ is better. He would have more rings and set more records if he didn't leave the game to play baseball. He also didn't have big men and that type of talent to win championships.

 

Michael Jordan all the way. Kobe is good, score a lot of point, but he never have the MJ move to the basket.

 

in terms of personal accomplishments, one really stands out: MJ has won DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR award back in 1988....MJ is the total package, not just on offense, but a great great defensive player....not even worthy of a discussion

 

Yeah...agreed.......MJ will be even high PPG when he play now.

 

Kobe is the modern MJ and more due to nba players are in a different playing level
