^ yes. on school computers! They installed "LanSchool", not sure if you ever heard of it. It's when you log on, teacher can get to a screen to see all student's monitar, so they know what you're on.. if you're on facebook.. etc. So i gotta be careful if on school's cpu! But, you are allowed to bring your laptop/netbook.. but you can only use it with permission.. obviously . LanSchool doesn't work if you're on your own laptop.
High schools students in Aus gets a free laptop but locked and needs to be activated every year or half a year
