    Ah, thanks.

  4. You don't have to verify back then.. don't know about now. Just have your credit card if you have one. But yea.. Paypal.. is a pain.. just another way to suck money out of people.

Do yourself a favor before getting involved with PreyPal. Just do an online search with the terms Problem with paypal and you'll see the literal thousands of complaints that come up. Read up on them first, and if you still want to do business with them, then fine; at least you go in knowing about their shortfalls (which are many).

  6. thing is though.. can't use ebay if you don't have paypal.. so.. yeah..

Thx guys been a big help.

Ah I wish I don't need paypal but like Great Sage Equal To Heaven said... I need it for ebay

  9. hahahha nice...

but yea.. to have your bank account verified for your sellers account, you may need to fax them a statement showing the part of the money they deposited into your account. Or they request some other kind of verification.

My advice is sell on amazon or craigslist.. try to avoid ebay as much as possible.. they're sucking way too much money out of your profit.

  10. paypal is the gayest thing ever... throughout the years ive closed and opened my account 4 times simply because each time i get pissed off with their scams but i have to use it because some merchants only accept it. I forgot what happen but they somehow scammed me for -$40 because of some bullshit fee... man sad to say i had to open an account with them again.

  11. lol at first I thought you said greatest thing ever...

this is why I haven't used ebay in years.. fuk that 2nd hand fake bullshit..

I have paypal for many years, not had any major problems so far. You need to wait for funds to be deposited into your account to get account verified. Normally its less than 20p. You have to check your statement/ online banking to find out how much and type in corect amont given to you on paypal. Once thats done, money starts rolling in or even out if you are buying heavily!

+1 to Paypal being gay, like I said before the only thing keeping it alive is ebay which lol isn't the greatest thing in the world too. Paypal is known for locking accounts for no reason what so ever so kinda makes me think that they are using your money for investment so if you got alot of money in your paypal account then your kinda screwed since you cannot access your funds. Sure you guys don't have any problems at the moment but when you do, I bet you will come to <3 their customer service =D

Where there are alternatives to paypal there is also to ebay such as Playtrade, Amazon (much better service + support than shitbay) like ecko said or CQout. Hell even Google checkout is better than paypal, others include Moneybookers (UK based), Alertpay (Canada based) or even Amazon payments (Better for US, not avail in UK) so you don't need paypal at all for whatever reason your using that shit for.

Its nothing to do with paypal im just wondering if anyone can explain the basis of how Amazon does its business as in Ebay the seller has the upper hand as they wait for the payment to be cleared and I'm not sure but i think in Amazon the buyer has the upper hand as they receive the items first before they pay?

^ i thought amazon...have most of the items already...and they sorta allow other companies
to advertise the same/similar products on the amazon website..?...thas why sometimes it
says whut company its from...if ya know whut i mean..

    im not too sure though..
