maybe give him chance offer to exchange emails 1st thats always safe instead of phone number, can't have him blowing up your phone incase he turns out to be a creep and dont be affaird to say no if your uncomfortable your not gonna have a good time anyways
surely there is nothing wrong with going out. asking someone to go out does not necessarily mean a date. maybe he just wants to be friends? besides i don't see any harm in going out once. if u don't like it or he suggests that he likes u and u don't like him in the same way then just tell him that u want to be friends if that's all u want to be. no big deal rele.
