^ Knoc needs some little helpers so that he's not the only on looking through everything. Those little helpers will definitely not have Knoc's authority and power just little minions to do his work so it doesn't consume the time as much and the forum is being checked regularly then

I think only the old members should be eligible for mods or new staff. Not like I'm promoting myself. It's just if members from 2007 past are still around, chances are they'll still be around for a while. Susie, BB, Dan, KT, Akki, Evo, Flames or [N] would be some good choices. You could include me if you wanted to as well -whistle.

Dang, Knoc likes riding solo! Knoc don't like authority? surely basing the criteria on time ain't a good thing, you have some members who are here a long time and not do a lot. Commitment is the most important tbh but creating new staff could mean some parts being cocked up and some parts going well... Main problem is the whole issue of what happens when no-one can be bothered or gets busy just like b-lee and ang? We get the same problem again with the updates etc
It will not being based solely on time. It will be a combination, time will be included, but not the sole determinant. It's not necessarily that no one can be bothered/busy-you do realize that a lot of work goes on in the background. If you don't see admins or mods actively posting, do you assume they aren't doing anything? The issue here being raised is the DL section and rightfully so. If new members are to be added to the crew, this is where their efforts will be focused. I'll sum this up: The Gatekeeper and Rule Enforcer. Yeah I mean they don't really do anything because when I was inactive in posting or even not contributing to much, I still check the forum every now and again and nothing changes really, not even a simple update. I don't mean to say that the forum needs to be updated all the time but a visible update like on the "Current Drama Series" section - where it needs to be updated pretty frequently considering the average drama series is like 30 ep? so every month of updating for new dramas is needed.

New sections etc are created from the top level. The Greens regulate keep the order after that. Specifics of this discussion that came up?
you know if i had mod powers the first one imma ban is you right for being a damn xbot And then ban others for saying things i don't agree with -rockon We really just need mods to take on a specific section though that they are active in for example mod abilities would of been extremely helpful for me in the "Other music" section if i actually still post there. Just to sticky stuff and clean up stuff.
