I have a poor memory and keep forgetting passwords and have to reset it often. There are so many sites that require a pass word on the internet.
It's not wise to write them down somewhere. So, is there an easy way or method to come up with a password and remember them?
Your views and suggestions are welcome.

If you want to have low risk rate password you can make simple sentences that you can remember like: my favorite dish has chicken in it.
For example you can now break down your sentence into: MFDhC11.
You can decide for yourself wich one you want to caps lock.

For some easier password you can use some common words for you but don't use brands because those pw are very weak.

Otherwise write it down @ home...

write them down or keep a password protected file of all your accounts and change the pw for that file every so often (you should write this one down if you're worried you can't remember one)

If you have a smartphone, there are plenty of good apps for you to store passwords with :)
