People are saying the 1080p output is just a 720p upscale seeing as how the iPad only supports up to 720.
I'm buying this! :laugh2: Don't know when at this moment.. since Pre-order isn't an option yet and I don't want to wait the whole day like last time getting the iPhone 4.
psssh...they really did put a camera on the ipad... i remember reading somewhere that they werent going to and saying whod want to take piccies with a ipad the size of clipboard.. well something along those lines..and ooooOh looky...camera front and back...-lol..
hum do you know if you can watch flash and divx web player video if jailbroken ? i want to buy this to watch streaming videos in my bed !
as oppose to a nice 50" high def LED tv.. plus you'd have to hold the thing while you're watching movies..
get an app called "air video" works well with streaming divx and other formats from the computer to the ipod/phone and yes its true.. everytime someone with a 3G phone its always universal to come together and laugh at them with the 4G
for the record guys... this new ipad is just better specs wise, it doesn't fix any of the problems that people have been having since the iPhones came out... for example, still no Flash... To put it into a better perspective... the iOS is the same damn thing... they put a phone's OS onto a tablet... where as Honeycomb android is a system developed specifically for tablet computing... like the Moto Xoom... in fact, Android's releasing Ice Cream Sandwich in mid 2011 which essentially combines both the usability of android smartphones and android tablets...
I will also be getting one... it will probably be the first apple product I buy.... -shock It's light, portable, cheaper than the competitors and does what i need it to do... this is how I base all my purchases..... i wouldn't mind getting a macbook pro if it wasn't overly priced, but this is pretty justifiable. @Cooper: Since when is $550 considered Dirt Cheap?
