    I think my sister's Facebook account got hacked.
    She's not on my friend's list and on her friend's list.
    When I search her name in the search name text box, I can't find her.

    She's not on her friend's friends list.
    The comment that she wrote on my pictures are not there anymore.

    she deactivated her account or hid her privacy setting where people can't search for her and shes not on people's friends list

    I don't think she will do that.

    The comments that she wrote on my pictures are not there anymore.

    I'm scared right now. -unsure

    Lol. It's called deactivation. A few of my friends did that, and their posts reappeared as they reactivated their account.

    Investigate next time, actually go to your sister and ask her straight up, instead of making false assumptions...
