    I had to look up what DWI meant, we call it DUI down here.

    He must be a good driver if he isnt dead yet

    Gosh, I doubt he will be able to serve that long a sentence, he'll probably be dead during half of that sentence.

    BTW, what has this case got to do with Hong Kong? pretty misleading...

    My whole family is from HK; I ALWAYS click on the HK flag with all my posts, LOL...

    As for this guy being dead before the end of his sentence is completed? I guess that's what they mean by Stone Cold Sober, eh?

    i'm from nyc..the laws here for DWI is a joke...that's why you see tons of drivers getting behind the wheels after a night out of drinking

    stiffen up the law and we will see less casualties, period

    99 years yea, while those politician get lifetime pension for robbing the people of their livelihood. Nice world we live in. Time for the ppl of the world to rise up and start a nuclear revolution of ending politicians for good
