oh that example above I will need to click the thanks button. so it's actaully clicking on the 'thanks' button then. =) so.. this new hide function only works now.. after the PA update.. so does this mean I will need to go back to my thread and edit and save.. or are the mods working on that? EDIT: I already edit my post that contains download link, used hide function. But because I'm the poster, I can see the links. So I don't know if clicking on the 'thanks' is required.. it should!
It's working well, got 100+ Thanks for one post already. The hide function is mainly used in the download section but if people started to abuse it with fake links, etc than they should get punish. I like the idea of VIPs getting by-passes through the Hide function... If you guys want to raise the bar for "Thanks" for new folks who wants to be VIP than it's a good idea, it fairly easy these days to get 1k thanks.
I guess i can now remove "click on the thanks button" on my sig! haha. XD but yeah, i think it's working.. I'm getting thanks from the old threads that i posted.. edit: ET, are you getting annoyed to see new notifications everyday!! hahaha.

Just quote your own post, if its hidden, it's hidden. Or else flaming's hack work again, which I confirmed yesterday it doesn't

" <-- anyways, I just assume my threads that is hidden are required memebers to thanks. hmm.. but come most of the links in the d/l section I can see or are they just not put in the hide tags?

?? What I meant is that because ET is using the hide function, I just thought that particular post will get no 'thanks' and like I said many members just don't like pressing the 'thanks' button. So I just assume those leechers will just download the other members who has posted same episode and has not used the hide function.. that's all. Yes, you are right Flames... having more 'thanks' doesn't do anything and hasn't been doing anything anyways before the PA update.. But it's just to show members appericiate my uploads and I like people thanking me.. this will...ermm.. i dunno how to say it.. but it will make me upload/share more... if you know what I mean. I dunno, how about ask other members who uses hide function and already hit the VIP status why they use it then. I'm sure their answer will be similiar to mine.
^ the way i see it .. and you can hate me for saying this .. but you wanting more thanks for like a self accomplishment ... whether or not the thanks got taken away you will still post because you're part of PA and honestly i think it makes no difference to how you contribute to the forum but the thing is why does it bother you that people leech or how people post in the forum .... just leave it be laahhh (personally i think the members who are regular members who haven't reached VIP couldn't even give a shit about being VIP .... its just seen as a little perk so why bother)
